How long does shipping take? All Loomla™ orders are shipped with tracked delivery. You can expect your order to arrive within 10–20 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Which monitors is the FocusBar compatible with? The FocusBar is compatible with most flat and slightly curved monitors. The magnetic mount works with monitors up to approximately 30mm thick. If you're unsure, the clamp variant fits virtually any monitor.

Does it work with laptop screens? The magnetic mount is designed for monitors only. The clamp variant can work with some laptops but we recommend it primarily for desktop monitors.

Does it need batteries? No. All Loomla™ light bars are USB powered. Just plug into any USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter.

Will it cause glare on my screen? No. The FocusBar is specifically designed to direct light downward onto your desk, not toward your screen. This eliminates glare rather than creating it.
