Our Promise
We want you to feel confident with every Loomla™ purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right — fairly, transparently, and within the limits of EU consumer protection law.
Return & Refund Window
Loomla™ offers an extended 30-day return period, including your legally guaranteed 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
That means you can request a return:

Within 14 days of delivery for any reason (EU right of withdrawal), or

Within 30 days if your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

It must include original packaging, accessories, and tags.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
🛈 We cannot accept returns of used, modified, or unverified items.
How to Start a Return

Our support team will review your request usually within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll provide the correct return address (based on your order’s warehouse) and a return shipping label or instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send returns to any address not provided by our support team — they cannot be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us immediately with photos or a short video of the issue.

We’ll investigate with our supplier and offer either:

A free replacement,

A partial refund, or
-
A full refund (depending on the case).

You’ll never pay for return shipping in cases of verified damage or error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised items

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Personal care products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Gift cards and discounted “sale” items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete your return first.
Once it’s approved, simply place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm its approval.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping Address
Return addresses vary by supplier and warehouse.
Our support team will provide the correct destination after your return is approved.
Do not ship returns to our business or personal address — they cannot be processed.
EU Consumer Rights
Customers within the European Union retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
This right allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
