Processing & Fulfilment

Every order is processed with care.
Once your payment is confirmed, our team verifies the details and prepares your shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Order verification & packaging: within 24–48 hours

  • Tracking: automatically sent via email once your order ships

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our global supplier network to ensure high quality and affordability.

Estimated delivery times:

Germany & EU usually within 10–20 business days
United Kingdom usually within 10–20 business days
United States & Canada usually within 10–25 business days
Rest of World usually within 15–30 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at siracusabloodline@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you immediately.


Shipping Fees

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Expedited shipping options (where available) may incur additional charges, displayed before checkout confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Loomla™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your order.
These costs (if applicable) are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, we can issue a refund minus any return shipping costs incurred.


Order Issues & Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  2. We’ll immediately contact the shipping carrier or supplier to investigate.

  3. You’ll receive updates until the issue is resolved — whether through a replacement or refund.

We treat every case individually to ensure fairness and transparency.


Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
If an address error causes a failed delivery:

  • We can reship the order after it’s returned, but additional postage costs may apply.

  • Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for a free replacement.

If you notice a mistake right after checkout, contact us within 12 hours to correct it before shipping.


Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately for faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking links for each package.
